When I was painting this piece, I really didn't think of a person in mind but after finishing it I realized that this lady looks almost exactly the same as my youngest sister Anya (sans the tatt and nice ring), hence the name. A lot of friends, family and even followers reacted (don't worry, they were all positive feedbacks :) when I posted this on my IG account asking if they can buy it, have a similar one made, or even just have it for free. Very interesting experience for me. Acrylic on 18x24. #July2014
